Curriculum Maps

A curriculum map is a graphic representation that shows how courses in the curriculum for a degree program contribute to meeting the learning outcomes of the program. The American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) also states that a curriculum map is a pathway for learning. It is a tool for faculty to use in developing their assessment plan. Below are curricular maps for our Psychology program that identify the courses where each program learning outcome is introduced, developed and mastered for each concentration in the major.
